CALL FOR STUDENT POSTERS - AEESP Distinguished Lecture Series
The 2023-24 AEESP DISTINGUISHED LECTURER, Elizabeth A. Edwards, Ph.D., P.Eng. will give a talk on Friday, September 22, 2023 followed by a poster session and reception.
We are seeking student participation for the poster session with 20 open slots to follow the AEESP Distinguisted Lecture on Friday, September 22, 2023.
Student representatives need to provide the following details of the posters by September 15 in the Comments section of the RSVP form:
1. Name and Affiliation of Student Presenter
2. Poster Title
3. Poster Abstract
POSTER LAYOUT DETAILS:
Maximum Poster Size in landscape orientation 24” h x 36” w
Posters will be mounted on backing with the dimensions: 30”h x 40”w (landscape).
Use a font size of at least 28 points for text. Titles and subheadings should be 36 to 48 point so that they stand out.
