Why I chose CBEE: I chose CBEE because I have always had a passion for both engineering and chemistry, and chemical engineering was the perfect fusion of both disciplines.
Areas of Interest in Chemical Engineering: Pharmaceuticals, Biomaterials, Cell Engineering, and Renewable Energy
My favorite thing about CBEE is: My favorite thing about CBEE is the community. I have found that because of the small class sizes I’ve been able to grow very close with both my peers and upperclassmen.
Advice for a new CBEE student: Get involved! There are so many opportunities available for you just waiting to be grasped.
What I plan to do with my Chemical Engineering degree: I plan on getting a graduate degree and focusing on pharmacological research in industry.

My favorite thing about the Baltimore area: The local music scene! There’s always new music to discover here in the city.
